Last baseball season, in conjunction with the City’s Cultural Events Trips, baseball fans from in and around the City took a bus downtown for a special Mother’s Day treat to see the Miami Marlins play in their beautiful,new stadium. One clever lady even remembered to bring Sunny Isles Beach Sun CommunityNewspaper (bottom right) for a photo op! Who can say at this point if they won or lost, but I can guarantee,“…a good time was had by all.” I should know, I was there with my entire family. This year the City trip is on Thursday, May 30th. There is still room on the bus and don’t forget the newspaper!
