As many of you are aware, I spent the last 30-plus days collecting feedback, comments, and suggestions from residents of West Park. My goal was to identify those issues that residents in all four corners of our city would like to see addressed. Our neighbors from Carver Ranches, Lake Forest, Miami Gardens and Twin Lakes provided their feedback by coming to my campaign office, calling my campaign office, and/or speaking with me or a team member directly as we walked our entire City.
During the campaign, I promised that at 12:00 midnight on Wednesday, I would forward your input to the City’s leadership. I am pleased to inform you that at exactly 12:00 midnight on Wednesday morning, I sent an email to the City Manager, the Mayor and other City Commissioners containing all of the feedback I received from all of the neighborhoods I visited. The City Manager has already reviewed the full list and has started acting upon your suggestions. In fact, our full commission is thoroughly committed to ensuring that our residents are heard and your issues are addressed.
