Miami’s favorite beer house is heating up for their biggest Paella-Fest yet
WHAT: Fritz & Franz Bierhaus is spicing things up this spring – literally. From the beer house who hosts one of the biggest Oktoberfest Parties in Miami, Fritz & Franz is ready to heat up the season with their 12th Annual Paella-Fest that will be bigger and better than ever. Starting Friday, April 17th through Sunday April 19th, paella fans and party seekers can rejoice at the themed plaza to sample varieties of the classic Spanish Paella while enjoying live music and drink specials, including a large and loaded glass of Spiked Sangria (“ Bierhaus Sangria Cocktail” ) for $11.
They will be bringing in Chef Jose Aguilar, who has worked as executive chef in Sheraton Buenos Aires, El Prado and Presidente in Ecuador as well as Hotel Unicentro in Guayaquil. He will prepare a classic Seafood Paella, a Chicken-Chorizo version and a mixed version of this authentic Spanish dish. The festive and lively plaza will be surrounded by liquor and beer bars with a stage for performers like Rudy Gil, Conjunto Progreso and Cortadito. See below for times.
