Entrepreneur Daymond John of ABC’s Shark Tank (second from left) participated in a chat recently with moderator Maurice Owens, head of the Libra Group in Washington, DC, at the Idea Center at Miami Dade College. The event occurred during the opening presentation of the American Entrepreneurship Award (AEA), a new annual award program that provides startup funding of up to $25,000 for entrepreneurs, sponsored by the Libra Group and the Idea Center at Miami Dade College.
