For the third year in a row, the Venetian Pool lifeguard staff (pictured) has been awarded the Platinum International Aquatic Safety Award. Earning this award demonstrates that the Venetian Pool exceeds industry standards in risk management and epitomizes aquatic safety excellence. Last summer, the pool’s lifeguards carried out 94 successful rescues, preventing life threatening situations. The safety award was presented by Jeff Ellis & Associates (E&A), an international aquatic safety and risk management consultant. Only the top 10 percent of E&A clients in the world receive a Platinum International Aquatic Safety Award each year.
