Co-founded by Essi Tadrus and Dr. Akram Abdel Rahman, Ribshack Foods, a fast-casual barbecue company, will offer a variety of fresh, high-quality menu items for a great price including pulled pork, chicken, brisket, and 100 percent angus beef burgers made fresh to order — all served with Ribshack’s signature barbecue sauce.
Each entrée is served with a side of your choice including mac and cheese, BBQ beans, potato salad, and the brand’s exclusive Ribshack BBQ Chips. Guests also can grab a Ribshack lunch box that includes a sandwich, chips or side and drink, starting at $7.
“Our model is simple,” Tadrus said. “We have mastered our limited menu and promise to deliver the highest quality product served fast and inexpensive.”
The company also has a knack for giving back to the community and has partnered with Soles for Souls. Every purchase of Ribshack BBQ Chips provides funds to their Chips 4 Kicks Campaign.
