Bob Mayer spent an afternoon speaking in tandem with longtime friend and colleague Ira Lazernik to The Sunshine Chapter of The Pap Corps, which raises money for the Papanicolaou Cancer Research Institute.
A big thanks to Phyllis Roscoe (1st Photo), who invited us and Barbara Myers (bottom right ), who handled logistics. We had a thoroughly delightful time! Incredibly, Bob Mayer ran into Adrienne Bezzola (bottom left), whom he knew many years ago as ‘Mrs. Sommer.’ She was his Homeroom AND Spanish teacher in 1962 at what was then South Miami Jr. High School. It was a real trip seeing her again!
