The iconic Biltmore Hotel-Miami recently announced the appointment of Victor Santos as Chef de Cuisine at the hotel’s acclaimed recreational cooking school, The Biltmore Culinary Academy.
Chef Santos joins The Biltmore Culinary Academy from one of Miami’s top fine dining establishments, Tuyo – the restaurant for the Miami Culinary Institute.
With more than a decade of experience, Chef Santos has previously worked at I Kyu Noodles, a renowned hotel and spa in Miami Beach and the famed Clark Cooke House restaurant in Rhode Island. He has collaborated with top international chefs such as Michelle Bernstein, Douglas Rodríguez, Norman Van Aken, Scott Uehlein and Ted Gidley. Chef Santos is a graduate of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
As the Chef de Cuisine for The Biltmore Cooking Academy, Chef Santos will share his wide array of experience and insight to guests interested in elevating their cooking skills.

One of the only hotels with a recreational cooking school operating in North America, The Biltmore Culinary Academy offers a variety of classes, workshops and team building opportunities.
