Show your pride in being a Sunny Isles Beach resident by getting your Sunny Isles Beach Resident ID card. This card will make it easier for you to sign up for programs and activities with the City of Sunny Isles Beach, and attend our various events throughout the year.
Resident ID cards are available at the Community Center at Pelican Community Park and at the Visitor’s Center at the Government Center. You will need to bring in your proof of residency (i.e. a utility bill from within the last three months or a copy of your current lease along with a letter from the condo/management office confirming you reside in that condo/apartment).
The first card is free but replacement cards are $5 each. Cards are good for 2 years from date of issue.
Resident ID Cards will be issued to each member of your family once proof of residency has been verified. For more information about this new program, contact the Cultural & Human Services department at 305.792.1706.
