Join us for a double dose of Trolls on Friday, March 19. Entering Pinecrest Gardens every child will get one of our original Troll coloring books that tells the story of “Berta, Terje and the Banyan Tree…a Troll Tale” by Thomas Dambo. Families can stroll the gardens and wonder into the meadow where they can see our larger than life trolls (a perfect setting for a selfie), also created and built by Thomas Dambo. After that, it’s time to file into the Banyan Bowl where we will be showing the movie “Trolls World Tour.” Don’t miss out on a beautiful night where the entire family can enjoy fine art, a free coloring book and a wonderful movie in a safe and outdoor socially distanced environment. Snack on fresh popped popcorn and delicious treats (sold separately). Gates open at 6:30 p.m., the movie starts at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are $7 per person (children under two years are free).
ABOUT THE MOVIE
Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake return in an all-star sequel to DreamWorks Animation’s 2016 musical hit: Trolls. In an adventure that will take them well beyond what they’ve known before, Poppy and Branch discover that they are but one of six different Troll tribes scattered over six different lands and devoted to six different kinds of music: Funk, Country, Techno, Classical, Pop and Rock. Their world is about to get a lot bigger and a whole lot louder. A member of hard-rock royalty, Queen Barb, aided by her father King Thrash , wants to destroy all other kinds of music to let rock reign supreme. With the fate of the world at stake, Poppy and Branch, along with their friends – Biggie, Chenille, Satin, Cooper and Guy Diamond – set out to visit all the other lands to unify the Trolls in harmony against Barb, who’s looking to upstage them all.
