Carlos O. Rigali is a Nurse Manager in the Telemetry/COVID Unit at Coral Gables Hospital. Prior to joining Coral Gables Hospital as a Nurse Manager, Carlos served as a Nursing Supervisor and Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department at Palmetto General Hospital. Carlos is responsible for taking care of the largest department in the hospital, which houses approximately 100 employees.
Carlos received his Bachelors of Science in Biology at Florida International University and his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. He is currently enrolled in Chamberlain University to pursue his Master of Science in the Nurse Executive track. In the start of the COVID pandemic, Carlos participated actively on the treatment of COVID patients and prevention activities.
During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his three sons and his wife.
Carlos takes great pride in the community. He has found a passion for serving his community and has continued to reside and practice his nursing career within his community.
