Sixth Street Miami Partners LLC, owned by GFO Investments, and Cervera Real Estate recently announced a major sales milestone for Natiivo Miami.
The first development purposefully designed, built and licensed for homesharing has reached over 300 sales and is now more than 70 percent sold. This major sales milestone comes on the heels of commencing construction and breaking ground in February in Downtown Miami. Spearheaded by hospitality entrepreneurs Keith Menin and Marisa Galbut, Natiivo Miami, the master-planned development, is slated for completion in summer 2023.
Cervera Real Estate, led by managing partner Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, has seen a surge of interest since the groundbreaking. The development also has witnessed domestic interest from out-of-state buyers, including New York; Washington, DC; Texas; New Jersey; Wisconsin; California; sate of Washington, and Illinois.
“As the Miami real estate market continues to thrive, I believe our sales success is a testament to the need for this kind of short-term rental product in the market, not only in Miami but also nationally and internationally,” Alicia Cervera Lamadrid said. “Natiivo Miami is incredibly unique in that fact that every aspect of the short-term rental management process is streamlined with turnkey solutions, resulting in real estate that truly works for today’s buyer. Now more than ever, buyers want flexibility to live and stay however they please, and at Natiivo Miami, that is what we can deliver.”
Natiivo Miami is a vertically integrated community that incorporates 448 condominium residences, a 240-unit hotel, a private social club called Natiivo Social, with 70,000 plus square feet of amenities, with a culinary experience curated by LDV Hospitality, and office space for lease, all under one roof.
The development recently announced the addition of three coveted Miami brands, Dolce Mercato, also from LDV Hospitality, offering authentic Italian cuisine with the feel of a sophisticated food hall and the charm and service of a sit-down restaurant; Bodega Taqueria, South Florida’s iconic spot known for its authentic Mexican street food, and Gale Miami, the third Gale Hotel property in South Florida.
“It was a thrill to celebrate the groundbreaking of this one-of-a-kind development last month [February], and we are beyond excited after achieving this incredible sales milestone,” said Keith Menin, developer of Natiivo Miami. “We are poised for continued success as we forge ahead with construction and move closer to delivering residents with an exceptional Natiivo Miami experience.”
