Increasing enrollment is the theme for our senior center program, since the pandemic presented challenges. With enough capacity to accept additional seniors, as a friendly reminder, our program targets seniors 60 years old or older. Our free senior program supplies participants with daily meals, nutrition points, and informational session with partners such as Memorial Hospital along with various recreational and social activities.
Ultimately, our program’s mission is to strengthen seniors’ independence while improving their physical and mental health, alleviate social isolation, and foster an environment to access beneficial information, service changes, and access to resources quickly. Senior center participants enjoy a diverse range of activities, games, and programs every day.
