The Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources, Building Code and Construction Permitting Division will host a series of virtual workshops to help building owners, condo associations, design professionals, and others who may be in interested, to understand the new requirements and procedures for completing Miami-Dade County recertifications.
Earlier this year, Miami-Dade strengthened its building recertification program to include inspecting additional building components and providing a more detailed look into existing buildings.
Registration is now open for the following workshops:
