Nautical Bowls, a Minnesota-based açaí restaurant, is set to bring its first location to the South Miami area in early January 2023. Founded by the husband-and-wife duo, Bryant and Rachel Amundson, Nautical Bowls has been serving delicious and nutritious superfood bowls since 2018. They soon joined forces with Peter Taunton, founder of Lift Brands, and since then—Nautical Bowls has awarded over 130 territories across the country. The Miami, FL location will be one of many locations that are scoped for the Florida area in the near future.
Nautical Bowls’ unique menu offers high-quality ingredients and bowls that are gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, plant-based, and made with all-natural and organic ingredients. Not only do these bowls appeal to a wide guest base, but they also pack a nutritious punch.

“We hope Miami loves Nautical Bowls as much as we do! We are so thrilled to open our doors within this fantastic community and see our Nautical Bowls store in the atmosphere it was truly meant to be in—sunny and oceanside!” said the Amundsons.
Nautical Bowls positions itself with strong core values and aims to make a difference beyond the walls of each location. With every bowl purchased, Nautical Bowls donates a meal to a child in need thanks to the partnership with the Venture organization.
