Floridians are invited to visit AJ Madison’s FL Showroom, located at 2983 Northeast 163rd Street North Miami Beach, FL 33160, for a launch party in honor of Chanie Apfelbaum’s new cookbook, Totally Kosher, which celebrates her love of kosher food, family, and tradition with a modern spin. On Tuesday, May 2, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., everyone is invited to meet and mingle with Apfelbaum (aka Busy in Brooklyn). She is also the author of Millennial Kosher. Guests will enjoy delicious food at this reception experience held in Miami’s hottest new appliance showroom. One can also take a tour and make a bucket list for future home projects in the kitchen and laundry room. Chanie will be demonstrating some of her tried-and-true recipes.
