Azzurro at Trump International Beach Resort will offer two seatings for its signature brunch
Sunny Isles, Fla. – (April x, 2023) – Give Mom the royal treatment this Mother’s Day with an indulgent brunch at the luxurious Trump International Beach Resort Miami on Sunny Isles Beach. The brunch will be held at Azzurro Italian Restaurant & Bar on Sunday, May 14, with two seatings – at 12:30 and 2:30 pm. The event will be accompanied by a live violinist.
Guests can start off with one of the signature orange, coconut and pineapple juice Florida “Sips” or opt for the Bottomless “Sunshine State” Mimosa & Bellini Bar and enjoy “all you can sip” Champagne, Mimosas and Bloody Marys ($20 per person). Seafood lovers will have endless options at the “Down by the Seaside” station, with Old Bay Shrimp Cocktail, King Crab and Oysters on the Half Shell, Gravlax mini bagels, Tuna Poke, scallops, and Cajun shrimp and biscuits. Salads will incorporate ingredients sourced from local farms and include creations such as Grilled Shrimp and Hearts of Palms “Louie” Salad, Sweet Corn Salad, and Carrot Dream Slaw with tamari ginger and maple dressing. There will also be a variety of antipasti options, from marinated vegetables and hummus to sausages and cured meats, accompanied by crusted parmesan and herb flatbreads.
A selection of “Mom’s Favorites” will include Country Ham with cherry and pomegranate glaze, Pompano and Citrus Butter with Pinot Grigio and crab cream sauce, Calle Ocho Beef Short Ribs in sour orange marinade and chimichurri sauce, served with fried plantains, and Creamy Chanterelle Mushroom Risotto with smoked salmon. There will also be a variety of steamed and roasted vegetable dishes. The signature breakfast dish will be Churrasco Eggs Benedict served with homemade Hollandaise sauce and caramelized onions.
Children will have their own buffet to choose from, with selections such as buttered corn, chicken tenders, carrot and celery snacks, French fries, and all-time favorites, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and macaroni and cheese. Guests will be able to end the meal on a sweet note with the “Sweet Tooth” selections of homemade desserts. They will include the show-stopping Pineapple and Mango “Upside Down” Cake with Bourbon Caramel Sauce, playful options like Red Velvet Cake Pops and Mini Blueberry Eclairs, as well as Glazed Doughnut Bread Pudding and Triple Citrus Bundt Cake.
