RFR recently announced the signing of a 5,000-square-foot retail space lease with The Macromia Group at 100 Biscayne, a 30-story Class A office building located in Downtown Miami.
The Bloom & Shade at 100 Biscayne, a culinary collective and lounge, will be an elevated fast-casual food and beverage destination offering outdoor seating, catering and take-out orders, while serving the building’s tenants and the vibrant community of Bayfront Park and the Kaseya Center.
During evening hours, The Bloom coffee bar will seamlessly transition into Shade, a stylish bar and lounge providing a memorable neighborhood amenity in the greater Biscayne/Miami market.
