Ave Maria Announces Free Public Events for the 2023-2024 Season

Only an hour’s drive from Weston in Broward County, a visit to Ave Maria in Collier County is well worth the trip for these signature events, which are free to the public and all family friendly. Public parking is free, but please leave your coolers at home.

What: 

Farmers Market/Live Music

Browse fresh local produce and citrus, fresh seafood, breads, local honey and fruit spreads, soaps, oils, flowers, candles, jewelry, crafts, clothing and more. Brought to you by SW Florida Markets, LLC. Please call (239) 293 – 6266 to become a vendor.

Every Saturday, November 4 –April 27, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

What: 

Taste of Ave

This free public event features the bands Steinbeck Way and the Back Country Boys, raffles organized by the many town’s businesses, face painting and balloon artistry, local artisans and farmers market, and a car show. Other family-friendly activities include dance performances, Adam’s Animal Encounters, and Biz Kidz Expo.

Saturday, February 3, 12 – 5 p.m.

What:

Blues, Brews & BBQ  

For blues aficionados, this Town Center event is not to be missed with performances by Deb & The Dynamics, Old School and Little Eddie & The Fat Fingers. Activities include car show by the Cool Cruisers, mechanical bull riding, farmers market and local vendors, food trucks, kids’ activities, and arts and crafts. Admission is free, rain or shine! *No coolers please.

What:

Margarita & Taco Festival 

Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the afternoon in beautiful Ave Maria with live music by bands Outta Hand and Austin James, food trucks featuring Mexican specialties, queso-smothered bites and desserts, plus a variety of refreshing margaritas! Enjoy farmers market and local vendors, car shows and Adam’s Animal Encounters, plus many more family-friendly activities. Please join us, rain or shine.

Ave Maria Trolley Tours

Enjoy FREE, first-come, first-serve trolley tours of Ave Maria to view the community’s award-winning amenities and experience the town lifestyle, including live music and the chance to see more than 25 model homes.   • Tours depart from the Ave Maria New Home & Welcome Center

About Ave Maria:

Located in southwest Florida, Ave Maria is a self-sustaining town including shopping and dining, employment opportunities, parks and recreation, and is zoned for all A-rated Collier County public schools.  At its build out, the town will include up to 11,000 residences, and 1.8 million square feet of retail, office, and business park.
