Esteemed Peruvian chef and entrepreneur, Juan Chipoco, is set to launch the newest addition to his culinary empire with the grand opening of the fifth CVI.CHE 105 location on December 16th, 2023 at The Plaza Coral Gables. All proceeds from the highly anticipated event will benefit the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research Center at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, supporting its mission to provide world-class comprehensive support to children and young adults diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease.

Boasting a majestic 20-foot-tall ceiling, the newest CVI.CHE 105 location will unveil a complete restaurant redesign, seamlessly merging luxury with Peruvian heritage. The opulent ambiance is elevated through the abundant use of gold décor, paying homage to the prosperity of the Inca empire. Art pieces strategically placed throughout showcase Chipoco’s unique perspective of Peru, providing patrons with an immersive journey through the eyes of the renowned chef.

To complement the lavish atmosphere, a sprawling bar at the front of the restaurant will feature a DJ, and daily happy hours, promising a vibrant nightlife to accompany the exquisite flavors.
