For nearly 30 years, Mahogany Youth Corporation has positively impacted thousands of marginalized children and teens in Miami-Dade County through outdoor experiences and mentorship, keeping the youth out of trouble and off the streets. The nonprofit offers a variety of after-school programs, in-school programs, and summer camps centered around science. These programs include a variety of nature experiences including fishing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, and environmental education.
Bean Automotive Group’s All-Heart initiative works closely with the community, providing generous donations to a number of Miami-based charities and nonprofits. This past holiday season, Bean Automotive Group was able to provide toys to over 400 children in Mahogany Youth’s programs, just in time for Christmas.
“It’s an honor to be able to give back to our community”, said Lori Bean, Bean Automotive Group Dealer Principal. “Mahogany Youth does amazing work for our children and we’re always ready to help them.”
The toys were delivered to the children while they were at school, their faces lit up with the surprise gifts they received.
