Brightline MiamiCentral’s latest tenant signings within the Downtown transportation hub are Face. Brow & Beauty Bar and the AT&T Store at MiamiCentral.

The two retail additions join Brooklyn Dumpling Shop among recently announced additions to the six-block transit-oriented development in the heart of Downtown Miami. All slated for 2024 openings, they collectively illustrate the continued demand for retail space in the “New Downtown Miami.”

“As Face. Brow & Beauty Bar looks to expand in South Florida, MiamiCentral is a natural choice with its central proximity to Downtown where so many of our clients live, work and play,” said Fatima Rosa, owner of Face. Brow & Beauty Bar. “New residents are moving into the area every day and others are discovering this incredible neighborhood as they arrive on Brightline and the new Downtown Tri-Rail extension.”

Face. Brow & Beauty Bar is a fast-growing sanctuary for self-care with a current Brickell location since 2014. Brow artists have gained a reputation for delivering world-class brows tailored to each client along with skincare services. The MiamiCentral location will feature over 2,000 square feet including private rooms.

The 1,455-square-foot AT&T Store at MiamiCentral will open later this summer offering a convenient touchpoint for customers’ wireless and home entertainment needs.

Tenants were secured by The Comras Company, a well-established Miami-based commercial brokerage firm, which represents the limited-remaining prime retail leasing at Brightline MiamiCentral. This includes strategically positioned restaurant spaces situated in the heart of the “New Downtown Miami.” The Downtown Miami neighborhood is experiencing a remarkable surge in growth and expansion, with numerous residential and commercial developments currently underway. This dynamic transformation is largely attributed to the allure of the intercity rail hub, making Brightline MiamiCentral a pivotal destination for businesses.

Located at NW First Avenue between Third Street and Seventh Street, MiamiCentral is the premier business, leisure, dining, and transportation hub with tenants including Joe and the Juice, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Powerhouse Gym, and class-A office space. The destination creates a focal point among Miami Worldcenter’s 2,000-plus residential units and 250,000 square feet of retail, Miami Government Center, Bayfront Park, Mana Common, the Flagler District and Block 55.

MiamiCentral also is home to ParkLine Miami and its 816 fully occupied luxury rental residences situated atop the Brightline station and retail space. Office tenants within the encompassing 2MiamiCentral and 3MiamiCentral include Blackstone, Ernst & Young, Uber, Carlton Fields and Viacom.

MiamiCentral is a unique destination with unrivaled transportation options for connecting residents, employees, visitors, and the local community through easily accessible major roadways and rapid transit options including Metrorail, Metromover, Tri-Rail and Brightline connecting Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach and Orlando.

With millions of guests projected to ride the rails each year, MiamiCentral is transforming South Florida’s urban landscape.
