Internationally acclaimed artist Romero Britto has acquired a 58,000-square-foot property in Miami for $11.8 million.
Located in Miami’s Little River neighborhood at 795 NW 72 St., the dazzling compound has two floors and is highly customized. The Britto Palace already has hosted dignitaries, celebrities, innovators, and art patrons from all over the globe. It also is considered the largest art studio in the world.
Ocean Bank announced a $9.4 million loan for the purchase of the property which is now the official new headquarters of the Britto Group in the USA which has business globally in fine art, consumer goods, retail, brand licensing, real estate, coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, skin care and liquor.
“The Britto Palace is a magical place where I like to spend most of my days creating with the purpose to bring more happiness to the world,” Britto said. Dr. Lucas Vidal, CEO of Britto Group and Britto’s business partner, added, “Miami is the perfect vibrant and dynamic city for our new global headquarters and to our business expansion.”
