Three new retail and restaurant concepts will be coming to Miami Worldcenter — the $6 billion, 27-acre mixed-use development transforming the heart of Downtown Miami.

The development’s ownership group has finalized leases with Go Greek Yogurt; HŸP, a sneaker and streetwear retailer, and SkinSpirit, a medical aesthetics clinic and spa. All three concepts are expected to open by early 2025.

Miami Worldcenter is being developed by master developers Miami Worldcenter Associates, led by managing partners Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani, in partnership with CIM Group. As one of the largest privately owned and developed urban real estate developments in Florida, Miami Worldcenter, which is currently coming alive in phases, features a diverse mix of residential, commercial, and hospitality uses complemented by a total of 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and entertainment space.

The majority of Miami Worldcenter’s retail has been completed and tenants are actively building out their spaces for opening. Miami Worldcenter’s newest retail additions will include:

Go Greek Yogurt: Set to open in late 2024, the Beverly Hills-based yogurt bar and cafe will occupy nearly 1,300 square feet of space at 851 NE First Ave., Unit #D-118, along Miami Worldcenter’s Paseo Promenade.

Go Greek Yogurt provides authentic Greek fresh and frozen yogurt with ingredients imported directly from Europe and is favored by celebs such as the Kardashian-Jenners, Britney Spears, Tyra Banks, and Sofia Vergara. With several locations around Southern California and Saudi Arabia, Go Greek Yogurt’s Miami Worldcenter eatery will mark the brand’s entry into the Florida market.

HŸP: Opening its second location in late 2024, HŸP will occupy over 1,300 square feet at 851 NE First Ave., Unit #D-120. The store will be located along the Paseo Promenade, one of Miami Worldcenter’s primary pedestrian walkways. With a retail storefront already open in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, HŸP offers a unique inventory for clothing and footwear fanatics from top-tier brands such as Nike, New Balance, Adidas, Chrome Hearts, Hellstar, Essentials, and more.

SkinSpirit: Set to open in early 2025, SkinSpirit will occupy nearly 1,700 square feet of space at 852 NE Second Ave., Unit #D-116. As the ultimate destination for medical-grade aesthetic skin, face, and body care in the U.S., SkinSpirit has been recognized as the leading provider of Botox and dermal fillers in the nation. With a proven track record of over 20 years in business, SkinSpirit’s upcoming location at Miami Worldcenter marks the brand’s foray into the South Florida market, joining its 45-plus locations nationwide.

“We are excited to welcome Go Greek Yogurt, HŸP and SkinSpirit to our vibrant retail landscape at Miami Worldcenter,” said Nitin Motwani, managing partner of Miami Worldcenter Associates. “The new additions reflect our commitment to creating a dynamic mixed-use destination that seamlessly blends lifestyle, convenience and innovation. As we continue to bring Miami Worldcenter to life, we are thrilled to offer our community an even richer array of experiences right in the heart of Downtown Miami.”

The new concepts will join a growing roster of newly opened retail, restaurant and entertainment-focused tenants at Miami Worldcenter, including popular wine-on-tap restaurant Sixty Vines; three new food and beverage options by Ariete Hospitality Group’s Michelin-star-rated Chef Michael Beltran – Brasserie Laurel, Chug’s Express and El Vecino Cigar & Cocktail Bar; storefronts for national retail brands Free People, lululemon, Sephora and Ray-Ban; a Lucky Strike bowling and entertainment center; a permanent Miami location for the world-famous Museum of Ice Cream, and a Lucid Motors luxury electric vehicle showroom and service center.

Announced tenants set to open in the next year include an exceptional lineup of restaurants including local favorite JUVIA, Villa One Tequila Gardens rooftop restaurant and bar co-owned by celebrities Nick Jonas and John Varvatos, Chicago’s Maple & Ash, the New York-famous Italian restaurant Serafina, Sweet Paris Creperie & Café, Earls Kitchen + Bar, and coffee shop giant Starbucks, along with dining and entertainment concept Sports & Social; Spanish financial institution Santander Bank; South Florida chain The Spot Barbershop, and other nationally recognized favorites including The Container Store, Club Studio, Savage X Fenty, and Posman Books.

“Visitors to Miami Worldcenter will find a beautifully crafted environment with lively streets and paseos populated with a diverse mix of boutique retail, entertainment, casual and fine dining, and a world-class arts installation that adds to the atmosphere of this singular destination,” said Shaul Kuba, co-founder and principal, CIM Group.

Retail leasing at Miami Worldcenter is led by CIM Group and Miami-based The Comras Company. CIM Group is a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender, and developer. The Comras Company is a leading, boutique real estate firm providing retail leasing, asset sales, consulting, and development advisory services throughout South Florida.

Go Greek Yogurt was represented by Irma Figueroa and Max Gelband of The Comras Company; HYP was represented by Sam Noddle and Max Gelband of The Comras Company, and SkinSpirit was represented by Dillon Maya of Avenue Real Estate Partners.

Miami Worldcenter occupies 10 city blocks within walking distance of Museum Park, home to Pérez Art Museum Miami and the Frost Museum of Science; newly renamed home of the Miami Heat, Kaseya Center; Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts; and Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus.

It also is adjacent to Brightline’s MiamiCentral station, which offers direct train service from Downtown Miami to Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach and Orlando, together with access to Tri-Rail, the Metromover, and the Metrorail – making Miami Worldcenter the largest and most connected transit-oriented development in Florida.
