Coral Gables resident and entrepreneur Myra Rossi, a generous boss and wonderful mentor to many, created an afternoon of fun for her staff members from Coral Gables Dental Arts/Dr. Jose Chaviano and the office of Dr. Marwan Iskandarani, MD, in North Miami Beach.
After a luncheon at Mesamar Restaurant in Coral Gables, Rossi brought the ladies to Bloom Boutique and Blue Serenity for a shopping spree. Each was given $300 and asked to spend it on items for themselves, not as gifts for family. They were asked to bring the items with their receipt to show Rossi and any money not spent had to be returned.
The afternoon became a party at both stores that are next to each other and Prosecco flowed as the ladies tried on outfits to show Mayra. Of course, it also was a great treat for Rossi who enjoyed the day as much as those participating.
To be fair, Rossi also had one man who was accompanied by Dr. Jose Chaviano to select gift items at J Bolado Clothiers.
This is a great example of small businesses helping other small businesses in the community.
