Join us at Sexy Fish for a unique dining experience and tasting led by Frédéric Panaïotis, Chief Winemaker for the Champagne house, Ruinart. Born in the Age of Enlightenment, a time of ideas, connection and culture, Maison Ruinart was founded in 1729 as the first House of Champagne.
Frédéric is one of the most influential figures in Champagne, fashioning wines of outstanding precision and purity from every vintage. From the elegant Blanc de Blancs to the alluring Rosé and the distinguishable cuvée, Dom Ruinart, each wine is a testament to the house’s mastery of the art of champagne.
The cost is $225pp not inclusive of tax and service charge.
