In a continued effort to improve access to essential government services, Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez is proud to announce extended hours of operation at all branch offices.
“Our job is to serve the people. By expanding our hours, we’re making it easier for working families, seniors, and small business owners to get what they need without jumping through hoops. This is what government should look like: accessible, efficient, and built around your life—not bureaucracy,” said Dariel Fernandez, Miami-Dade County Tax Collector.
Beginning this month, all Tax Collector offices will operate under the following expanded schedule Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (with the exception of the North Dade Justice Office).
These expanded hours are designed to better accommodate working families and individuals who are unable to visit during traditional weekday hours. This move is part of a broader initiative to modernize services, reduce wait times, and make government more accessible for all Miami-Dade County residents.
