The City of Homestead, in partnership with Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser Tomas Regalado, will host a Community Outreach Event on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William F. Dickinson Community Center, located at 1601 N Krome Avenue, Homestead, FL 33030.
During the event, residents will have the opportunity to receive in-person assistance from the Property Appraiser’s Office on a variety of property-related services, including:
- Property Tax Exemptions
- Late Application Assistance
- Homestead Exemptions
- Senior and Disability Exemptions
- Portability
- Veteran Benefits
This important event reflects the City Administration’s ongoing commitment to connect residents with critical resources by providing an accessible opportunity to engage directly with representatives from the Miami-Dade County Departments and Constitutional Offices. This event will ensure that property owners are well-informed and able to take full advantage of all applicable exemptions and benefits.
