Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez recently announced the official launch of new self-service kiosks now available at select Publix Super Markets throughout the county.
The kiosks allow residents to renew vehicle registrations and print decal tags instantly, offering a faster and more convenient option while completing everyday errands.
“This is what it means to bring government closer to the people,” Fernandez said. “By placing self-service kiosks in familiar locations like Publix, we’re cutting red tape, saving time, and modernizing the way we deliver essential services.”
The launch event, held at the Publix located at 7550 NW 104 Ave. in Doral, welcomed the media and community members who had the opportunity to view a live demonstration of the kiosks in action.
Since their rollout began in April, the kiosks have been installed at five Publix locations in Miami, Homestead, Doral and Miami Beach. Thousands of residents already have used them to complete transactions quickly and efficiently.
