“Egyptian Pharaohs: From Cheops to Ramses II” Immersive Experience Makes U.S. Debut October 3rd at South Florida PBS Studios

South Florida PBS has announced the U.S. debut of Egyptian Pharaohs: From Cheops to Ramses II, an internationally acclaimed immersive experience opening Friday October 3 at South Florida PBS studios.

Following the success of Da Vinci – An Immersive Experience, which marveled audiences at Boynton Beach’s first immersive venue, Egyptian Pharaohs will transport visitors into the fascinating world of Ancient Egypt through a multisensory journey and experiential learning experience.

Developed with the collaboration of expert Egyptologists and produced by Culturespaces, this immersive experience invites visitors to rediscover Ancient Egypt through cutting-edge technology, masterpieces of this mythical civilization and 3D reconstructions produced by Ubisoft.

As a prologue to the exhibition, grains of sand blown by desert winds unveil the ruins of a lost civilization—scenes once captured by 19th-century painter David Roberts, who famously wrote, “We are a people of dwarfs visiting a nation of giants.”

From there, visitors will discover the genesis of the Egyptian world: the sacred forces of the gods are revealed on the walls, right up to the appearance of the first humans on earth.

The journey continues along the Nile, the cradle of luxuriant nature, and then to the heart of daily life. The pyramids, a prodigy of ancient architecture, are being built before visitors’ very eyes: one by one, the blocks are piled up to build the tombs of the eternal kings, guarded by the majestic Sphinx.

This exhibition takes visitors on a journey to the heart of a civilization that continues to fascinate.

An experience unlike any other, visitors can expect:
● Immersive projections that bring the vibrant legacy of the pharaohs to life with stunning visuals and interactive displays.

● An educational curriculum aligned with Florida standards in science, art, mathematics, social studies, and language arts, tailored for grades 3-12 to complement classroom instruction and inspire students through the history and majesty of Ancient Egypt.

● A comprehensive website about Ancient Egypt, a digital series exploring South Florida connections, and an interactive chat experience with Hatshepsut.

The immersive production is brought to life by Culturespaces Studio, under the artistic direction of Virginie Martin. Design and animation are masterfully executed by Cutback, while music supervision and mixing are handled by Start-Rec. The experience also features stunning 3D reconstructions from Assassin’s Creed, courtesy of Ubisoft Entertainment.

“We are proud to bring this extraordinary exhibition to the South Florida community – an experience that not only showcases the wonders of Ancient Egypt but also sparks curiosity, learning, and imagination across generations,” said Dolores Fernandez Alonso, President & CEO at South Florida PBS.

Do not miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to step into the mystical world of Ancient Egypt.
