The Model Beach Volleyball Tournament (MBVT) will be returning to 8th & Ocean Drive in Miami Beach on February 9 & 10, 2013 from 10am-6pm daily. The overwhelming amount of support from Media, Celebrities, Olympic Athletes, City of Miami Beach, prestige sponsors and strategic partnerships has led the event back to the sand for another year.
The 4th annual tournament, in association with the National Volleyball League (NVL), is a public event where all of the top modeling agencies go head to head and form co-ed teams to compete in this amazing 2-day beach volleyball tournament.
For the 2nd consecutive year, MBVT has partnered with the NVL & the top Olympic Beach Volleyball athletes. These professionals will be on site at the event coaching each of the agency teams as well as participating in live exhibition matches.
The event garners thousands of spectators throughout the weekend where guests can enjoy free giveaways from sponsors including Reebok CrossFit Miami Beach, Monster Energy Drink, Car Charging Group, Miami Cocktail Company, Bimini Bay Resort, Australian Gold, Beach Bunny Swimwear, and more.
MBVT has additionally announced partnership with American Media, Men’s Fitness, Shape Magazine, OK! Magazine, World Red Eye & The Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Things will be heating up on the sand, as the official MBVT radio partner will be Power96. The station will be broadcasting live all day!
