Maple & Ash Miami, the acclaimed wood-fired steakhouse from Chef Danny Grant, invites guests to celebrate Valentine’s Day with an indulgent, multi-course prix fixe dining experience priced at $200/pp. The menu begins with a refined blacked-out oyster canapé, with the option to elevate the evening through a luxurious caviar service featuring a choice of 1 oz Golden Kaluga Caviar ($140) or 1 oz Royal Osetra Caviar ($220). Guests will then enjoy a first course selection with options such as Fork & Knife Caesar Salad, Lobster Dumplings or Wood-Fired Spanish Octopus, with an additional option to indulge in a Fire-Roasted Seafood Tower supplement. Entrée selections include premium cuts such as 8oz Filet Mignon, 12 oz New York Strip, and 16 oz Chicago Ribeye, alongside refined seafood and pasta options such as Mediterranean Branzino, Roasted Dover Sole, and Ricotta Agnolotti. Guests can choose to enhance their dish with entree accompaniments that include perigold black truffle ($40), half main lobster for surf-and-turf ($48), Risotto Frutti di Mare ($69) or family style sides includes whipped & butter potatoes or brussels sprouts. To conclude the evening, dessert includes the speciality “The Chocolate Cake” in addition to the full dessert menu.
