Ana Maria Rodriguez serves as Director of Government & Community Relations for Baptist Health South Florida. She provides government and community relations support for the organization’s five hospitals (Baptist Hospital, Doctors Hospital, Homestead Hospital, South Miami Hospital and Mariners Hospital) and 12 Medical Plazas. She is responsible for implementing the organization’s Government and Community Relations agenda.
As an active member of the community and City of Doral resident for the past four years, Ana has always believed in giving back to the residents of the City of Doral and the community at large through her community service. Ana serves on the City of Doral Parks & Police 4 Kids Foundation and was Vice-Chair from 2007 to 2010. She is a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, serving as Vice-Chair of the State Advocacy Committee in 2010 and Chair of the Health Care Committee Legislative Task Force in 2009. In addition, Ana served at Statewide Chair of Connect Florida from 2009 to 2010 and Chair of the Event Committee for the Young Philanthropist of Baptist Health. Ana also dedicates time to the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind & Visually Impaired where she serves and Vice- Chair of the Young Professional Of The Lighthouse “YPOL”.
Ana Maria Rodriguez graudated from Leadership Miami in 2005 and remained active with the group serving on the Executive Committee from 2007 to 2010. In addition, in 2006 Ana graduted from the Hispanic Leadership Training Program of the Cuban American National Council.
Ana Maria Rodriguez obtained a Masters Degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2009. She has her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University. She attended Our Lady of Lourdes Academy in South Miami and St Theresa Catholic School in Coral Gables.
