Due to popular demand, the Passport Acceptance Facility located at City Hall, 405 Biltmore Way, now is open on Saturdays, from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., in addition to its regular Monday-Friday hours of 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m.
No appointments are necessary to process or renew a passport. This full service facility also offers photographic services.
Applicants must bring proof of citizenship, proof of identity, two passport photos, and two checks or money orders.
