The Halperin Family — Irwin Halperin, Karen Engel, David Halperin and Katherine Cartwright — along with a copy of the their favorite hometown newspaper, took a hot air balloon flight recently over the 2229 ancient Temples and pagodas of Bagan in the Mandalay Region of Burma, or Myanmar, as it is now known.
