CBRE has arranged a lease for aircraft service/repair provider Bonus Tech in the MIA Distribution Center, located at 2525-A N.W. 72nd Avenue, Miami. CBRE First Vice President Ron Berger represented the landlord, Abrams Llewellyn II. Carlos Velasquez of Vivo Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
Bonus Tech, which had been based at 1777 N.W. 72nd Avenue in Miami, assumed occupancy on February 1, 2014.
“The new 67,000-square-foot location of Bonus Tech at MIA Distribution Center will accommodate their future growth and place them in close proximity to the tarmac of the Miami International Airport,” said Berger.
The MIA Distribution Center is a 107,000-square-foot Office/Distribution center located a ¼ mile west of the main air cargo entrance of Miami International Airport. The Bonus Tech lease brings the center to 100% occupancy.
