Les Moulins La Fayette, a French bakery that first gained popularity in Canada, recently opened its new South Florida location in Aventura this summer. More than 20 flavors of FrischSchoggi™ (fresh chocolate), an assortment of pralines and truffles, chocolate-covered hazelnuts and almonds, as well as popcorn are among the delicacies available at Läderach. The company was founded in 1962 by the revolutionary Chocolatier, Rudolf Läderach Jr., who invented and patented an improved truffle manufacturing process that significantly improved the popular treat’s taste and texture.
