Aventura Optima Plaza was recently awarded LEED Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. Aventura Marketing Council members and elected officials were in attendance for the celebration to congratulate developer Ariel Bromberg.
Aventura Optima Plaza is now the second high-rise office building in Florida to receive this distinction of excellence, awarded to projects designed to minimize the impact on the environment.
