The Aventura Property Managers Association was formed several years ago by a group of condominium managers from the Aventura area with the purpose of having a voice within the community by representing thousands of Aventura residents and are constantly looking for their best interests.
Several service companies participate as well on an invitation only basis. Recently, the APMA hosted their annual scholarship and hardship awards at the Bonefish Grill in Aventura Town Center. Award recipients were nominated by their property managers and an awards committee for the APMA chose the winners. The recipients received thousands of dollars that came from membership dues raised by the association.
This year’s winners were Barbara Scott, Rafael Falla, Felipe Alvarez, Cynthia Martinez and Joanes Jean.
