Nearly 250 guests celebrated with developer Martin Z. Margulies for the topping off of the newest and last building to be developed on Williams Island. Located in the heart of Aventura, Bellini Williams Island provided guests a first time ever guided tour into the 70-unit residential development. Guests enjoyed breathtaking views from the 20th floor.
The cocktail celebration recently took place at 4100 Williams Island Boulevard this past November. The evening included wine and champagne with passed hors d’oeuvres and a modern classical music twist by Mona Music Group.
The completion date is set for May 2013. At Bellini Williams Island each resident comes accompanied with a private elevator, ceilings that range from 10-feet to 12-feet, with only four units per floor. The property is not an investor property however marketed toward high end users and families buying multiple units. The final piece to the completion of Williams Island,
