BRIO Tuscan Grille recently proved “good things come in three’s” when the restaurant bringing fine, casual Italian dining to the Village at Gulfstream Park hosted a third great networking event for the Aventura Marketing Council.
Shortly after BRIO first opened, Aventura Young Professionals were among the first to discover how BRIO is helping BRAVO | BRIO Restaurant Group (BBRG) achieve the goal to become the “Best Italian” restaurant company in America by offering guests La Dolce Vita– the good life!
Then just in time for the holidays, BRIO hosted a second AYP luncheon in November, followed by yet another networking reception for all Aventura Marketing Council members in December featuring the opportunity to give or receive the “perfect gift”: A BRIO Tuscan Grille Gift Card with a special benefit: For every $100 gift card purchased, receive a $20 Brio gift to use between Jan. 1 and March 15, 2011.
AMC members marveling at BRIO’s new menu featuring fresh flavors of the season were welcomed by a trio of friendly faces including AMC Chair Cliff Schulman of Weiss, Serota, Helfman; BRIO assistant manager Rachel Kelley; and general manager Carlos Alarcon.
Leaders from Miami Gardens Florist, Broadway Across America and chiropractor Dr. David Muransky were especially impressed to see BRIO has much more than a trio of lunch specials for $8.95 including Citrus Garden Salad, Eggplant Pomodoro Panini, Flatbread Alla Roma, Mezza Chicken Limone, Fettuccine Rustica and the Insalata & Zuppa combination. Guests are also invited to enjoy appetizers and visit Brio’s table for a feast of traditional vegetables, unique pastas with Italian meats, cheeses and tempting desserts.
Friends from Doubletree Ocean Point, Sander & Associates, PA and Aventura Optical were also planning to come back to BRIO at least three times to try specialties like Lobster Ravioli with Crab Insalata; Smoked Chicken & Portabella Bruschetta; and the Tuscan Harvest Salad with grilled chicken, mushrooms, Applewood bacon, almonds, Gorgonzola cheese, apples and dried cranberries tossed with crispy lavoush and Tuscan Italian dressing.
Colleagues from AIPAC, Berman Chiropractic and Allstate also praised BRIO’s Fettuccini Napoli served with a trio of delicious ingredients: Smoked chicken, caramelized onions and sundried tomatoes.
Learning more about BRIO’s recipe for success, entrepreneurs from Mazel Musicals, MyNetKey and Dr. Nancy Bacher & Associates praised three key strategies: Offer classically prepared food items from original regional recipes; use the highest quality, freshest ingredients; and serve very generous portions.
Before it was time to decide to stay for dinner and try to choose between ordering prime steaks, house-made pasta specialties, roasted fish presented in hand-painted Italian plates or flatbreads prepared in an authentic Italian oven, “three cheers” rang out as Michael Mortellaro of Fidelity Investments won the $50 BRIO gift card door prize.
Then, after agreeing no one could take just three bites of desserts like Butterscotch Pecan Bread Pudding, Raspberry Mascarpone Cheesecake and Chocolate Hazelnut Cannolis, AMC members noted that beyond the holidays, anytime would be the perfect time to plan an event in a spacious party room at BRIO – truly bringing their motto to life: To Eat Well Is To Live Well!
