Sitting in the heart of Aventura is the internationally-recognized company, Cardone Enterprises. With CEO Grant Cardone, international speaker, entrepreneur and author of

The 10X Rule and creator of 21 best-selling business programs, Grant owns and operates seven privately-held companies and a $2 billion portfolio of multifamily properties. Named the #1 Marketer to Watch by Forbes Magazine, Cardone is also the founder of the 10X Movement and the 10X Growth Conference, the world’s largest business and entrepreneur conference.

Cardone Training Technologies, Inc. CTTI, is a conglomerate of companies created by Cardone that helps businesses and individuals succeed financially. The CTTI umbrella includes Cardone University, Cardone Capital, Grant Cardone TV, Cardone Ventures, 10X Events and The Grant Cardone Foundation.

And how did this worldwide business wind up in Aventura? Back in 2012, Grant moved CTTI from Beverly Hills, CA. to Miami Beach. In 2016, he expanded into Aventura, knowing of South Florida’s business-friendly government environment combined with worldwide interest and beautiful weather. South Florida also offers some of the best real estate in the world, both commercial and residential……the perfect combination to ensure the success of Cardone Capital.

Helping to grow this massive business empire, Jarrod Glandt, President of Cardone Enterprises, began his remarkable working relationship with Grant Cardone back in 2010.

Guided by that mentorship, Jarrod rose through the ranks to now oversee the world’s premier sales and management training company. You may also have seen Jarrod as he co-hosts the weekly webcast series focused on millennial business and success,”Young Hustlers’.

In addition to starring on the latest season of Discovery Channel’s Undercover Billionaire this spring, Grant hosted a live event safely for +2,000 entrepreneurs at the JW Marriott Turnberry Resort in Aventura this past March. He said, “I promised my audience a live event since the country shut down one year ago, and the only thing we changed was that we went bigger. We had over 2,000 live with us at the world- class Turnberry Resort and another 27,000 watching online.”

The 10x Growth Conference provided a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for business professionals to experience invaluable industry insight and training to help them successfully grow their businesses and networks, times ten or 10X. Cardone outdid himself this year with a highly impressive line-up of A-list speakers, celebrity entrepreneurs, entertainers and athletes who were able to share their stories of adversity, success and entrepreneurial tips with attendees and included; rapper Armando Christian Perez (aka Pitbull); Yankee Superstar Alex Rodriguez; Fast & Furious star Tyrese Gibson; Discovery Channel TV star Mike Rowe; venture capitalist and Shark Tank’s Mr. Wonderful Kevin O’Leary; CEO of Kind Lending and Undercover Billionaire season one star Glenn Stearns; digital marketer Swan Sit; scaling expert Brandon Dawson; hospitality mogul David Grutman; entrepreneur Cindy Eckert; billionaire CEO of eXp Realty Glenn Sanford; entrepreneur Jesse Itzler; real estate mogul R. Donahue Peebles; business expert Pete Vargas; and author and empire builder, Elena Cardone, who delivered a standing ovation keynote. Despite the challenges of the pandemic and many other live events being cancelled, the 10x Growth Conference set the standard on how to host in-person events again safely. Attendees were required to pass through temperature check points and wear masks while on property and hand sanitizing stations were positioned throughout the venue.

But Mr. 10X wasn’t done there. This past April, over the course of three days, he held The 10X Bootcamp Interactive Experience, which prepared, equipped, and inspired entrepreneurs to transform their businesses into recession-proof vehicles. Over 10,000 people virtually joined Cardone, Brandon Dawson, Jarrod Glandt and the 10X exec team to learn about strategies and tactics to implement in their business all from the comfort of their own home. The event also featured a special pitch-off experience where business owners were able to pitch their business ideas to Cardone for a chance to win over $10k in seed funding.

And then there’s the charitable side to Grant Cardone. Having lost his father when he was only ten years old, and understanding the negative impact of growing up without a present father figure in his life, Grant is on a mission to help youth and young adults around the world who may need life and career guidance just as he once did. The Grant Cardone Foundation’s mission is to provide mentoring and financial literacy education to adolescents in underserved and at-risk communities, especially those without a father figure. The foundation has a goal to impact one million lives this year around the world but they are also making a big impact right here in their own backyard. The foundation has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars back into the Miami community, including in 2020 when they donated over $18,000 to help feed Aventura heroes and first responders who were out making a difference during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Grant also holds mentoring workshops at his Aventura headquarters to teach youth in South Florida financial literacy skills and how to have a 10X mindset, including an event in February with 5000 Role Models and other non-profit organizations. The foundation also created a scholarship to give a handful of students each year a full-ride to attend FIU’s College of Business, helping to financially empower the next generation of business leaders in the community.

Looking ahead to 2021, the foundation will be launching the first global 10X Hub, a mobile business classroom to teach financial literacy and entrepreneurship to young adults in impoverished communities. This will be a global traveling unit that will launch this summer in South Africa, which has the largest concentration of fatherless kids in the world and the highest unemployment rate. They will also be creating a program called 10X Kids University, a new e-learning platform to teach kids about money and how to 10X their life.

This program will also be translated into a 10X Kids Book. To help support all of these programs, the Foundation will be hosting their very first Gala event in November, 2021.
