“I am thrilled to announce the launch of our Summer Swim Scholarship Program at Babcock Park and other pools in the City of Hialeah. Living in Miami-Dade County means being surrounded by pools, beaches, and waterways, and we must equip our children with proper swimming skills,” said Commissioner Cabrera

“I want to thank Hialeah Mayor Steve Bovo for his invaluable collaboration and support. Working together, we can ensure that children learn to swim while promoting a healthier and more active lifestyle,” added Commissioner Cabrera
