Q: Dear Realtor,
We are interested in buying a condo in Aventura. How do I know if my 25lb Terrier is allowed? The agent said dogs are allowed. Thank you, Marc and Sandy

Congratulations on moving to the City of Excellence. Always check with condo association for all issues related to your condo purchase: monthly maintenance costs, impending assessments, scheduled construction/repairs, designated parking spot(s), rental restrictions and especially pet restrictions. Condos either restrict all pets, allow cats and dogs under or over 20lbs and must allow certified service pets.
