Eisinger, Brown, Lewis, Frankel & Chaiet, P.A. merges into South Florida-based law firmThe law firm of Eisinger, Brown, Lewis, Frankel & Chaiet, P.A., has announced that McCarty, Naim, Focks & Keeter, PLLC, an established Gainesville-based firm, has merged its practice into Eisinger Brown.

The alliance between the firms led by longtime friends Dennis J. Eisinger and Mac McCarty, both of whom are founding partners of their respective firms, was precipitated when Mac McCarty and partner Julie Naim decided to wind down their active practices. Both attorneys, who will be “of counsel” to Eisinger Brown, have encouraged their clients to utilize the Eisinger Brown’s services.

“I have the upmost respect for Mac and the entire Gainesville team, whom I’ve gotten to know very well over the years during my weekly trips to the University of Florida to teach community association law,” said Eisinger, managing partner of his firm and Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Florida School of Law. “We are thrilled to represent an expanded portfolio of clients in Alachua County and throughout north central Florida. My colleagues and I look forward to splitting our time between the two offices.”

The Gainesville office and staff will remain intact. Additionally, McCarty Law partner Peter Focks was named partner at Eisinger Brown and will manage the Gainesville office.
