The Florida Panthers today announced that the team will host its annual Pride Night presented by Stoli Vodka on Thursday, March 23 at 7 PM when the Panthers host the Toronto Maple Leafs at FLA Live Arena.

During warmups, Panthers players will wear specialty Pride jerseys designed by local artist Teepop. The jerseys are available for auction at FlaPanthers.givesmart.com and will benefit You Can Play, which works to ensure the safety and inclusion for all who participate in sports, including LGBTQ+ athletes, coaches and fans. In addition, the Florida Panthers Foundation will match dollar-for-dollar all funds raised by these jerseys and will donate that match back to LGBTQ+ nonprofits in the South Florida community.

Pride Night will also include a ceremonial puck drop featuring Harvey Milk Foundation Co-Founder & Board President Stuart Milk, nephew of iconic civil rights leader Harvey Milk.  An international human rights activist, LGBTQ+ rights speaker, government relations consultant, and youth advocate, Stuart Milk has taken his uncle’s message of authenticity, example of courage, and the power of collaboration onto the global stage, supporting local, regional, and national human rights and emerging LGBTQ+ communities on five continents.

As part of the Panthers Heroes Among Us Program presented by CITY Furniture, the Panthers will honor U.S. Coast Guard veteran Mark LaFontaine as the evening’s honored Hero. LaFontaine was stationed in Guam while serving on active duty and now serves as an activist for LGBTQ+ veterans.

In celebration of Pride Night, Ford will be giving out complimentary Pride scarves at the Ford Walls located at Section 128/129, and CITY Furniture will be giving out Pride wristbands in the CITY Lounge.

Select Pride merchandise including flags, pucks, tumblers and more can be purchased in Pantherland at FLA Live Arena on Thursday as well as at FlaTeamShop.com.

Fans are encouraged to join Stoli for a pregame pride hangout on the JetBlue Tarmac featuring pride giveaways, photo opportunities and more.

Fans who visit the Coors Light Cold Zone and Stoli Club can purchase a specialty rainbow drink which includes vodka, peach schnapps, blue curacao, grenadine and pineapple juice. Those who purchase any drink at either location as well as select bars around FLA Live Arena will receive a Pride fan giveaway courtesy of Stoli.

Exclusive ‘Love Wins’ souvenir cups will be available for purchase at any bar in FLA Live Arena. A portion of all proceeds from each cocktail will benefit the Harvey Milk Foundation, a global all-volunteer not-for-profit human rights organization that empowers local, regional, national, and global organizations to support and promote inclusion and equality for LGBTQ+ youth and community, racial and ethnic minorities, the elderly and other marginalized populations.
