Huntington Learning Center Aventura is pleased to announce that it is celebrating its 12th anniversary. Since its inception, HLC Aventura has worked with thousands of students to help them gain mastery of their academics.
HLC Aventura provides academic skills enrichment to students in every grade. These skills include phonics, reading, math, language, and study skills. The program uses a diagnostic-prescriptive-tutorial approach coupled with excellent curricula used by caring, concerned tutors in a supportive educational environment.
The Center also provides subject tutoring for supplemental learning in a specific subject; typically for students from middle school through college. For example, HLC Aventura helps students such as the 7th grader struggling with pre-algebra or the 12th grader shooting for a better grade in AP chemistry.
In addition to academic skills enrichment and subject tutoring, the Center also helps students score higher on important college entrance and scholarship exams. This includes the SAT, ACT, and PSAT, as well as high school entrance exams and other tests, such as the GED and ASVAB.
