Klein Mendez & Rothbard LLC, Certified Public Accountants is proud to announce that Maria Fernanda DeKnegt, Tax Accountant, has successfully completed the Uniform CPA Examination with the Florida Board of Accountancy and will be receiving her licensure in the coming weeks. She joined the Aventura office of Klein Mendez & Rothbard LLC in July of 2012.
Ms. DeKnegt graduated with an Executive Masters of Science Degree in Taxation in 2011 from Florida International University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting. She is a member of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA).
Osiris Martinez has joined the firm as Tax Supervisor at the firm’s Coral Gables office. Ms. Martinez has a broad and deep array of tax experience working with high-net-worth clients, corporations and pass-through entities with a large regional CPA Firm for the last seven years. Prior to that, she was a staff accountant for a large regional law firm. Ms. Martinez graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida International University and an Associate in Arts Degree in Accounting from Miami-Dade Community College.
