Twenty-three-year-old Nicole Sandler has a lot to be thankful for these days… good health… great educational opportunities, but most of all, a loving and supportive family. Her Nana, Marcia Slow-Sandler, has been there for her since the beginning. Not to say that Nana Marcia doesn’t have a busy life of her own, in addition to being the Director of Community Relations/Group Sales for Mardi Gras Casino, she is also the published author of the “2 Die 4” murder mystery series. Nicole was beaming with pride at the book-signing party held at Mardi Gras Casino for her Nana’s latest book, “A Charity 2 Die 4”.
Nicole graduated from the University of Florida summa cum laude with a grade point average of 4.0. She earned the Dean’s Scholarship award with the highest GPA within the College of Journalism and Communication. Nicole is now attending Emory University School of Law, is on the Dean’s list, and was just notified that she has made Law Review, needless to say, both Nicole and her Nana are ecstatic!
