The development is scheduled for completion in April with occupancy slated for May.
Originally conceived by renowned architects Sieger Suarez, Terra Beachside 6000 Collins was acquired in November, 2009 by locallybased developer BH III LLC.
The company, led by Charles Phelan, Gregory Freedman and Daniel Lebensohn, is completing development of the property.
